I’ve heard it’s magic.

Sunlight brings life and warmth to the world, but encourages the body to produce vitamin D. (one of those essentials that is the solution to most health problems!) The benefits are outweighing the risk, so don’t feel badly if you’ve got to “fake” a sick day to get outside and recharge…

Think of it as a step in increasing not only your immunity, but your positive attitude! 😉

Spring is on it’s way…hang in there! Hoping your week started off with a good jolt of something that made you happy.
Much love to you and the fam! Talk to you tomorrow! XO

In case it’s not sunny where you are, you can create some “artificial” sunshine right in your kitchen! I love these things! Here’s a great recipe for Lemon Bars…

  1. Thanks for the inspiration! Living here in Buffalo NY I am used to creating my own sunshine. Whether it’s putting Miami Beach on the big screen or doing something I love, it works until the real sun and warmth arrive 🙂

    1. Hey Joe!
You’re welcome! I know exactly what you’re saying-you definitely have to light up your own room sometimes-and it sounds like you know just what to do! 🙂 I sometimes watch movies that are in snowy places to get my seasons, since SoCal is the same most of the year round LOL!
